Option to work from home.

Cons

Men in this company get paid/treated so much better then women. Corporate does not care about the employees they acquire from mergers. My manager is horrible, has no clue on what they are doing.

Worst place I've ever worked

Pros

Only pros were while you were hitting numbers than you could pretty much do whatever you want, if your numbers started to slip than it became unbearable.

Cons

Management only cares about the bottom line, if you are not producing then you are nobody. Pressure was unbelievable.

Decent pay...kind of? (Only putting because glassdoor is making me write something)

Overall, very negative experience here. I've meant to write this review for a long time, but was honestly so glad to be out of this place that I didn't want to waste my time. Senior management is beyond horrible - they don't care about you as a person 1%. This place is solely "do what you have to do to make more money - regardless of who you have to step on." A lot of it depends who you work under, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The culture is extremely hostile, and there wasn't more than 1 person there that I could trust. When I left - literally everyone I talked to (with the exception of senior management) said "I'm so jealous you are getting out of here."
