RPS is a great place if you want to work hard and succeed. They pay for continuing education, have great benefits and truly want everyone to succeed.

Cons

The hours can be long, but you get out of it what you put into it.

Pros

RPS will always invest in employees who want to better themselves. Continuing education and seminar attendance is encouraged. I have been repeatedly recognized for my hard work with individual praise as well as promotion opportunities.

Cons

New employee training has been an ongoing struggle for our branch. Management is currently working to implement a better branch training program for new employees. And our corporate training department has implemented daily WebEx sessions offering opportunities for Q and A regarding programs we use.
