They offer health insurance that is very low cost to the employee.

Cons

The company has a very high turn over but does not seem concerned with determining the cause. Instead they keep toxic people in their roles and continue to lose capable people who will not tolerate the hostile work environment that is created by a chosen few.

No work life balance around sale times. Work 24/7. Pay is low unless you work so much OT it’s not worth it.
