Business Outlook
Pros
Strong sense of leadership and employee engagement. Everyone is always willing help each other out. I'm surprised it's not on the top employer list, I've worked for a couple great companies and this one is definitely at the top. May not be for all but if your a driven hard worker, you will be rewarded - there is lots of opportunities for career advancement!
Cons
A lot of company growth over the last couple of years which does account for some growing pains but nothing worth mentioning - it has provided good opportunities. The cafeteria in HO could provide more options - same soup/sandwich/salad menu all the time.
