      Well established Company with 5 Locations in 3 States and strong advertising as well as Internet presence with a High volume sales format.

      Cons

      Waiting for Business to come to me. I have always been more of a HUNTER than a Gatherer. I thrive on makin contacts and growing LONG TERM relationships in the Field.

      Pros

      Great company, great people, great opportunity. Overall a wonderful operation. I worked at Ritchie Brothers in the finance department, I learned a lot and worked with fantastic people.

      Cons

      Nothing to report here, they treat their employees very well. Even though this is a huge company you wouldn't guess it. It is truly an open door policy from the top down.

      Pros

      Very supportive colleagues, willing to help and share from their experience and knowledge. Desire to do the best for the company, as a whole, is very motivating. Team, family spirit. Very nice office place with amenities of high quality.

      None that I have experienced so far.
