Business Outlook
Pros
Fun, I do something different every day and am constantly learning. It's not your typical office job; we conduct auctions and for those lucky enough to attend them it is exciting! Colleagues at work are great; like any job there are people you like more than others, but we have a great culture and I love working here.
Cons
Some challenges could be work/life balance, but I have found over the years that YOU are in control of your decisions. Sure there are deadlines and busy periods, but what company doesn't have that? I am a parent and feel I've done a pretty good job of the juggling.
