They've gone from a family-type business to the prototypical "Wall Street or bust", make extra money off the backs of every hard working contractor and individual possible - Do NOT concentrate on customer service any longer, you'd better concentrate on supervisor service. They have corporate spies who love to build cases to get rid of employees who do not fit the "Canadian" style - The Dave Ritchie way has died and been buried.

The company has a very high turn over but does not seem concerned with determining the cause. Instead they keep toxic people in their roles and continue to lose capable people who will not tolerate the hostile work environment that is created by a chosen few.
