Very Sales Focused Company. Market Leader in Heavy Equipment Auctions

Cons

Inconsistent Sales Management at the Field Level Work / Life Balance is not as it is portrayed during hiring interview process. Salary for Seasoned Sales Personnel is way under market values Bonus Program is very hard to attain. Most TMs did not bonus in 2014!

Good benefits and some career growth. Company has a focus on diversity and ERGs.

Cons

Low employee moral. Pay is lower than industry standard and they don’t value continued education. Management doesn’t like to employee feedback and won’t work to fix issues. The general consensus is to sweep issues under the rug and ignore them. If you get loud about something they will do the bare minimum to make you happy enough to settle down. Decision are made that directly affect you with no discussion. Career growth is near non-existent and only occurs if you accept growth in the direction they decide on and not what is best for you. Honestly the list of cons can go on for quite awhile.

Horrible Managers - Very unfair work place, Clicks - if you aren't in the group you become an outcast, LOTS of favoritism If you aren't there to make friends you'll get fired
