Our senior leadership is very accessible, and there are several feedback mechanisms in place to share ways to improve your project and the company as a whole. The projects are interesting, challenging, and can provide great experience for all levels of expertise in the defense and software development industry. We use competitive technologies and are constantly evolving our processes to put out the best product and make the best use of your time.

Cons

Depending on your manager, working from home may be tough to swing in your first year on the job. But with any other privilege, it can be earned.
