Pros

The best thing that I can say about Rite is that it is a people first company. A tailored approach to leadership is used for each member of the team. The company does a fantastic job of listening to everyone with the same attentiveness and everyone feels as though they have value. I truly believe the only thing that would limit anyones progress at Rite would be individual and their dedication to improvement.

Cons

I really have no Cons for working at Rite.

Pros

The energy and talent of people is excellent and for the most part the atmosphere is great. Some much needed and overdue upgrades have finally been made. Good benefits overall but old vacation system.

Cons

The owners are pretty old in their thinking and they don't realize it. They don't always live up to what they say about their culture and a lot of people talk about that. Not openly though. People watch actions. Lost some really great talent and leadership this year. Really too bad.
