Off-site employees can feel disconnected from the rest of the company. Would encourage more outreach to these employees. No other cons.

Competitive Salary, Good company culture.

Cons

Unorganized, some of the politics is pretty discouraging, and I did NOT like being asked to sign a non-compete agreement.
