Lots of traveling for managers meetings. Strict dress code policy.

Pros

I stayed for 10 years. The insurance was good.

Cons

Everything. They don't pay enough and want you to go above and beyond your job. Probably why they had to sell the company and lost 1/2 of the stores I worked at.
