Pros

I really dont have any to give.

Cons

Not enough pay. Everybody is rude and phony, the staff is only nice to the guest but all my managers and coworkers were really complete jerks.

Pros

starting pay in a line position is better than similar positions at most other hotel chains

Cons

raises aren't based on performance. raises are based on "cost of living" so everyone makes the same hourly wage as a line employee in that town/at that property. This means if you've devoted years of your time to this company as a line employee and a new hire starts, they will be earning the exact same wage as you.
