Great company, great colleagues but too much time wasted on internal conflicts and targets often hard to attain.

Pros

- Awesome products - Great support - No micromanagement - Exciting work environment - Management is not "trigger happy" and will give you time to settle down.

Cons

- Targets sometimes do not reflect market maturity and / or how much time you had to build a pipeline, making achieving 100% very hard or impossible. - Current split policy does not encourage cross country collaboration - When good partners are hard to find in some territories, there is no alternative.

Some people have big egos which create difficult situations but who doesn't have these exceptions ?
