If you like a small company where you can be a bigger fish, this company is for you. Every day is different, and every day brings a new challenge.

Cons

Every day is different, and every day brings a new challenge. CEO is very hands-on and everything has to be signed off by the CEO. No delegated decision authority on anything more important than sending an email. This makes for a very bureaucratic and inefficient organization.
