Pros

There is a reason why this company is in the Garner Magic Quadrant competing with the Giants like IBM, Oracle and SAP. The culture of the company is quite agile, but its gets to your nerves and teaches you to live under pressure. Abundant opportunities to learn. Leadership positions are up for grab, if you can prove yourself.

Cons

Bad Leadership. No much mentoring, expected to work longer without much direction.
