Nothing at all. one of the most mis-managed company.
Cons
1) Manager is totally unaware of whats going on at the ground level and not interested to know about it. 2) Very inefficient in managing people. 3) Management is 100% unprofessional in dealing things 4) No proper planning during the beginning of the project and when asked all they say is AGILE.!!!! 5) For all the inefficient management done at top level, the reason given is AGILE which is LAME!!!! 6) 100% no work life balance. here Saturday is always considered as a working day 7) Person with just 2 year experience is given a role of a TL to manage the team and manager is not bothered to know if they are really efficient or not 8) Overall experience is PATHETIC. If you really want to punish yourself then choose this organization. you will be satisfied.
