No values, Your boss is all the time right whether sensible or not. Don't expect honesty.

Tried my best to come up with a positive point but i could not find any

Cons

No work balance You never work less than 70 hours a week. No appreciations from your higher mamagement at all. Work environment is no good. Not at all professional No compensations even if you had to work long extra hours

Plenty of work. Lot's of opportunity to take a leadership role. Lot's of new technologies and chances to explore new solutions and introduce change. Has the excitement of a start-up but the operations of a fortune 500.

Cons

Not just a 9 to 5. Lot's of extra time. No real grooming or training.
