      A former Account Executive says "STAY AWAY"

      Pros

      Good training and well established brand name..

      Cons

      If you dont hit your goals within 3 months, you're out. They suggest that you ask questions and ask for help. But then when you do, it's seen as a sign of weakness. They'll use you to make calls and meet with clients but they wont give you time to develop a relationship. They care about the bottom line and dont care about their employees. They churn and burn employees all the time. I didn't believe it before I started, but saw firsthand that it's true.

      Pros

      There are some great people throughout the company, and with a very open environment it's very collaborative. The brand is well-known in the industry, and with a great structure in place it lets you focus on growing your own business.

      Cons

      It does take a while to get to a point where you earn consistent bonuses, probably close to a year for most, and it can be frustrating that way the first few months. The "market" also has a big impact on your ability to be successful but there are ways to work through it.

      Started out great but went downhill.

      Pros

      The roles within RHI have good earning potential and they provide adequate training. There is also room for advancement but mainly due to the high turnover.

      Cons

      Employees are micro-managed and daily phone requirements must be met. Management will come down hard on people and it's not uncommon to find people fearing that they will lose their jobs on a daily basis.
