Pros

Great company as a whole, publically traded. Name recognition and to be honest that's all I can think of

Cons

Robert half technology has the worst management I have ever seen , no overview or development if employees at all. They throw you in the sales pods and expect you to master staffing with no training what so ever. There is a draw in salary which they won't tell you unless you're hired. The top producer doesn't even make commission because the commission structure is flawed. keep in mind this is the midtown branch. Find yourself a better place to work and dont let the big name of Robert Half fool you.

Pros

This company really takes the time to invest in their people so that they cannot only be successful in their current position but grow professionally as well. The position is structured where you're never stuck doing the same task day in and day out. There is constant variety to keep you challenged. They not only invest in their sales team and recruiters but also the relationships they have with both their clients and candidates. Each individual is here for a different reason but we all have a passion for finding the right position for the right candidate.

Cons

The office is fast-paced and clients and candidates' needs are constantly changing. For someone who enjoys staying busy and avoiding boredom this is great but may be a challenge for someone who enjoys a strict routine. You're able to earn commission which is great, and has you put in that extra five minutes to get one last call. However, this means arriving a little earlier on some days for an interview before a candidate's work day. It means staying a little later to call a new employee and see how their new job is going. Although rewarding it is not your typical clock in and clock out mentality.

Pros

Money, some very wonderful people

Cons

This was a wonderful place a few years ago. I was with the organization for roughly 10 years in total and was a top performer in my city every year. Regularly, I was actually the #1 in that respective market. Then, 2 years ago, a new manager came in and life went from basically perfect to miserable. There are several people who have either stepped out of their leadership positions or left the company because of this person. How does this continue to happen? I think it is probably because this person has had 3 bosses in 2 years and so no one has been closely enough involved with to see it.
