      Pros

      Good for your resume. Will get you into other places once you figure out how horrible it is.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely clueless on how things work. They hire and promote just to fill seats so recs to hire are not lost so no one knows what to do. They will over work you and stab you in the back once you figure it's all a political show. You think some management will have your back but that is completely false... they will throw you under the bus if it makes them look good. SR management for RHL is a disgrace and joke!! RUN and go to another agency. If you do boss this one, stick it out for a year just for your resume.

      Pros

      I learned a ton from this position. I learned how to communicate well on the phone, how to negotiate under pressure and how to recognize good talent when I see it.

      Cons

      Talk about pressure. Both account exec and recruiter positions are heavy result oriented positions. Don't expect much training, at least under the management that I had. You're either made for this position or you're not.
