      Opportunities for horizontal movement, Very solid work/life balance. Summer Hours (half day friday's) are very nice

      Cons

      Lack of vertical movement opportunities. The company culture is incredibly conservative and the business is not interested in taking risks

      Good stability and conservative decision making with very professional people who care a lot about making high quality products. Rockwell is a great 4th down company - the people pull together to make great plays when it counts.

      Cons

      Conservative decision making often can be frustrating for highly ambitious or creative people. More recent management and HR have disconnected from the people.
