      Pros

      Outstanding people, easy to talk to senior leadership. Lot's of options for movement around the company. Very flexible scheduling and good live-work balance. A strong culture of inclusion.

      Cons

      Organization is resistant to change. A decent amount of bloat in every department. Seems like some processes only kill possible innovation and good change. Compensation is lower than other companies in the area.

      1. Do not need to work hard, just lie or cheat with the boss together 2. Do not need to find out what happens, just blame others 3. Do not need to learn, just kill time everyday

      Cons

      1. Security is 1st priority because cisco security is nearby 2. To make boss happy is 1st priority because boss is also doing same thing everyday 3. Integrity is last job since managers do not have basic human being integrity
