Pros

- Excellent Management Dedicated to Growth of Employees - Encouragement of Work-Life Balance through ERGs and Health Programs - Unique Work Rarely Allows for a "Boring" Day - Fair Compensation and Health Benefits

Cons

- Shipping and Receiving Department Struggles to Locate Tracked Packages and Retrieve Items Shipped to Particular Docks - Continuous Outsourcing of Employees to Other Campuses and Post-COVID Online Work Leaves MEQ Campus Underpopulated - Loss of Seasoned Technicians and Engineers Difficult to Replace with Minimal Company Efforts to Do So

Pros

Serious Fortune 500 company with a global presence. Plenty of opportunities to move around within the company and there seems to be a serious encouragement to do this.

Cons

Salaries held constant at the start of 2024 to reduce costs (and encourage quitting rather than introducing the bad PR associated with layoffs). Merit increases only, irrespective of cost of living changes. No employee stock purchase plan or profit sharing. 401K match is a bit low.
