      Pros

      Good culture, good employee resources, good benefits

      Cons

      Shareholder value is truly all they care about. They will announce what a great year we had and then announce no merit or bonus. Constant layoffs, more work, less pay. You end up with responsibilities out of your job scope because of the constant downsizing. Often no budgets for travel or spending. Yet expect you to still grow and exceed sales targets.

      Pros

      Encouraged to network and cross collaborate, generally friendly, nice people, many hanging around because of pension, so lots of tribal knowledge still around.

      Cons

      Company is trying to be a tech company without compensating at that level. It has always leaned on its culture to retain talent, but recent decisions by senior leadership have rendered that culture nearly nonexistent.

      RA is not what it used to be

      Pros

      To date, I have survived multiple layoffs within the company including 3 in the past year.

      Cons

      Quality roles have been cut in half in the past year. Everyday is a fire drill with no end in sight. There are also headcount reductions for other departments as well. For those that were not laid off, there are voluntarily quitting because they don't want to absorb the extra work without compensation, plus not getting a raise for 2 years didn't help as well as taking away the bonus.
