      Pros

      If allowed in the proper cliques work can be rewarding, otherwise you are a pariah. Rewards are based on the depth of one's cranial insertion into bowels of their supervisors.

      Cons

      Internal feedback systems are a ineffectual. Annual employee survey is written such that the company always does well. Inconsistent application of published internal processes for career growth and advancement. Career growth only available to the young. Employees viewed as disposable assets. Offshores work outside the USA.

      Pros

      Rockwell Automation is a great company to work for. They value being able to spend time with your family and having a life outside of work in general.

      Cons

      The Management team is the problem. Incompetent employees are promoted to management positions to get them out of the workflow.
