      flexible time off, ample vacation time, great managers

      like most places, when you're good at what you do you become very high demand and they're not afraid to run you all over.

      -Connections you make with people -Fairly easy job if you apply yourself -Okay pay considering the cost of living has went up - A lot of opportunities to make extra money like OT or holiday pay

      Cons

      -Making the newer employees work every Friday until you create enough “hours” to get the day off -Pay raises are bare minimum and take a long time to happen -If you aren’t a long time employee you get treated like nothing -It takes a long time to become certified -The work/life balance is terrible for new employees who will start with 0 OT hours
