      Offer summer hours. Very large company, so you can work in the shadows without being bothered.

      Poor pay increases. Not many options for career paths, unless you want to bounce around like a ping pong within the company.

      Too focused on Diversity Equity & inclusion. They are very WOKE and very liberal. If you know how to do the job you get dumped on while others don't have to do the full job. They keep changing the processes and make our jobs harder than they need to be.
