      CI/CD system Technical teammates Some of the latest technologies being used such as Graphql/Angular/Containerization Challenging technical problems that need solving Positive work environment, culture does not seem or feel toxic Everyone seems to be trying to help each other out

      Technical women in the software business are seriously disrespected

      Some employees are able to transfer out of the more problem business areas of the company.

      Cons

      There is systemic misogyny toward technical females. Senior managers will even take advantage of the situation and the situations will get worse. HR supports managers over employees and there is no one to turn to.
