      Pros

      New graduates usually get decent training before being expected to perform in their roles. Job duties are usually on lighter side and it's easy to get cozy in your role if that's what your looking for.

      Cons

      Management usually is composed of cliques and the management style is hoping for consent instead of cooperation with subordinates. Salary raises are a joke and usually fall well below inflation rates.

      Pros

      People with 20+ years are still with Rockwell so they add value for every project they are on.

      Cons

      Small offices have minimal career advancement opportunity unless relocating or lateral moves are an option. My own progress and team has been dwindling for years and even though this small team creates the majority of the businesses profit, the direction of the business is being taken elsewhere. This leads to removing well-needed resources from out team and rebaselining our headcount.

      Can't think of any, not a good place to work.

      Cons

      Over managed, exec level is chaos and can't make decisions. Lie to employees about what is really going on. Hostile environment and HR does not help at all. Place is horrible,
