Pros

The people I work with are truly the best-caring and motivated. We have a great culture, low turnover rate, and 13% of our employees have been here 15 or more years.

Cons

There are a lot of moving parts, and communication sometimes suffers. Department heads are focused on their specific area, not realizing how that impacts other managers, or the realize it, but forget to loop in key people when it is needed
