Family atmosphere and great people

Pros

Employee activites. Family owned and owner of the company put out a $50 gas bonus paid each week through August. That really helps. It's things like that, monthly awards, lunches, and silly activities that make me want to stay here.

Cons

Not all managers are great, but i can tell my feedback is getting changes made. It is a set schedule, so you can't just leave for personal business. it needs to be planned

For the most part, fun place to work with great coworkers. Except for the ones that think they are management or just plain brown nosers.
