Pros? What? Nothing to say!!

Cons

The heat is unbearable. Low pay. Horrible benefits. HR is in bed with management so if you're not one of the chosen few you're screwed.

Pros

Good working conditions. Above industry average compensation. Decent benefits but could have been a better. Casual atmosphere. Stress level is low key.

Cons

Senior management insists on hiring temp workers instead of long term employees. Does not allow for creation of training and apprentice ship programs. Some departments do not pull their load. Difficult to promote teamwork.
