Pros

Working with some of the brightest minds in the aerospace industry; Many opportunities to challenge yourself and make a difference. The benefits and wages are fantastic;

Cons

Working with a bloated UAW represented hourly workforce. Same old tired union distractions make it near impossible to get anything accomplished. As a highly skilled hourly machinist wanting to make a difference, it was very difficult to work with the company without being alienated and harassed.

Cons
