Pros

The organization is generally cooperative with work life balance issues. It is an opportunity to work for an international organization.

Cons

The company is very political. Decision making seems to be made for personal rather than professional reasons. Talent level is poor. Working conditions in Indianapolis are horrible. The organization has been a dissapoinment to me on almost every level.
