      High attrition, lack of appreciation/encouragement, constant pivoting, lack of career growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Work-life balance.... because as an SE-1 you will barely get work or an opportunity to become an SE-2

      Cons

      - Constant Manager changes. - High attrition across all departments. That the company does not care about at all, and shrugs it off. - Constant C level changes, resulting in changes in process, even promotions.

      Kind and supportive culture, insufficient leadership

      Pros

      * Caring colleagues who really want to support each other * Many opportunities to own and drive interesting projects * Credit scores are discriminatory and eliminating it from insurance would make a huge impact

      Cons

      * Lack of leadership around who the company is and where it is going * Rapidly shifting priorities * High levels of employee attrition across all functions * Prioritization of growth over achieving the mission * Below average comp based on rising competition and and 80% drop in stock price since the IPO * Little to no focus on representing the diversity of Columbus community and fostering inclusion

      Terrible Management

      At one point, it felt like a fun, fast-paced startup. However, all the old fun and perks are gone.

      - Incompetent, arrogant management - Stupid, pointless projects that are doomed to fail - Below-market pay
