Pros

Accessibility to Workflow Tools and reference materials while on the job.

Cons

Management has a problem of not hiring the amount of people needed to cover the abundance of claims received while systematically firing people for not being able to handle the workload. Definitely poor planning on management’s part.

Love the culture - only non toxic place I’ve ever worked at.

Cons

We went through a time with understaffing and unfortunately had to work a lot of extra hours however they have finally gotten more staffed and the volume is low compared to this time last year
