* All employees are incredibly kind and approachable * Every engineer is creative, capable, and carries their own weight * Interviewing process puts a lot of weight on personality of the candidate * Convenient tools for software development * Hack Days * Amazing work-life balance * Invests in personal development of employees constantly

Cons

* Lack of documentation of apps made in recent history * Knowledge transfer is a long process, done anecdotally between engineers * Pressure and miscommunication coming from Product side
