management has not training methods in place for new employees. Director uses supervisors to do what he doesn't want to do; fire or reprimand. pretends to want to help but doesn't want to be bothered. Works a couple days a week and monitors emails as if he is in the building. Arrogant and tricky. To unorganized!!!! Shows favoritism among employees. Rules do not apply to all employees. Some employees are not allowed to do what others do and nothing is said.
