Pros

They have good benefit because it's a soul sucking environment

Cons

- Upper management and buyers are unethical humans that claim their professional and then when you follow their lead they yell at you for being unprofessional. - They're constructive feedback which was told to me and my peers is "you're just not good enough" multiple times. - HR starts every meeting with I'm here to support you and the company and then when you say your problem they tell you how the buyers are right and you're wrong and how you need to figure it out. - Best place in the world if you want to lose your confidence - I've worked for a handful of companies and this one has to be the most disgraceful. - The worlds biggest cheapskates of a company for thats a fortune 500. - Ridiculously old school and everything is almost always broken and dingy inside the offices. - Upper management and the buyers LOVE SECRETS - I was basically the only person of color on my team and got treated differently because of it

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, thorough onboarding process. You learn a lot.

Cons

Your buyer and DMM are direct influences on your experience here. Of course they conduct your performance reviews and determine annual appraisals but you cannot review them. Some managers are relaxed and some are micromanagers. If you guys have working styles that clash you will likely be unhappy your stay or feel forced to leave. Sometimes there’s no way to get all tasks done from 8:30-5:30. So a lot of AB’s work off the clock because we don’t receive overtime. Large workloads and unreasonable daily expectations from higher management. Supply chain issues have overtaken all the other responsibilities of the job and encompass most your daily time. Not enough support. Company has DE&I efforts but there are hardly any POC in management. The work environment doesn’t feel racist but it does feel tone deaf.
