      No trust in employees, too many layers of approval which debilitates teams, especially at mid-manager level. Needs updated technology.

      Pros

      -Great support from the DM. -If you did your job well, you and your team were properly recognized. -Good opportunity for career growth.

      Cons

      -HIGH store management and DM turnover. -There was a lot of micromanaging going on at all levels. Granted with the high turnover they experience, there was constant leadership change in many stores. However, for those stores who were consistent and didn't have the turnover, the micromanaging seemed unnecessary but still happened. -Work/life balance...

      Pros

      It's a growing company. There's a 20% employee discount and 40% employee discount a few times a year. The campus is only about a year old so the buildings are nice

      Cons

      Upper management does not care for employees. They only focus on sales & keeping Wall Street happy. They reward bad behavior & promote the bullies as long as the job gets done. HR is a joke so you'll get no help there. Plus the turnover in HR is even higher than most departments. You know something's wrong when even the HR people won't stay.
