Pros

If your looking for carreer advancemnt and growth, this is the place to do it. The opportunities are great and in reach.

Cons

Upper corporate management is very unproffesional. They preach about confedentiality, but within there own upper management, cannot seem to keep it that way. District Manager does not understand the concept of behind closed doors. If hes frustrated, and angry, you will hear it, on the floor or not. Customers do not need to hear employees or management being yelled at and talked down to.

Pros

Growing, successful company in a terrible economy. Others are closing and reducing staff while Ross is expanding.

Cons

You must be willing to acclimate to the culture because it is very fast paced and requires a significant attention to detail

Pros

Company is doing well, and you receive a bonus partially based on the company's performance. Great resources to develop yourself within the corporate retail industry.

Cons

Not able to take personal days at your discretion.
