Pros

The departments are full of talented, creative, and smart people. I was fortunate to have some great (female) managers who also acted as "mentors." There are also lots of opportunities to move up in the organization.

Cons

Unfortunately, there were a lot of administrative duties that made the work uninteresting and not too stimulating.

Work-life balance incredibly good. The Rotary mission is wonderful.

Cons

Not the most interesting part-time job. Not a challenging workplace, not a lot of tasks assigned.
