When it comes to providing opportunity to learn and explore new technologies, Royal Cyber is the best place to improve your skills. Also, the give you enough confidence to work directly with the clients to enhance your soft skills, people management skills etc. The management is also very supportive if you are willing to take good initiatives and work on things which will benefit both employee and employer.

Cons

The branding should be more focus for Royal Cyber as an employer across the globe so that more employee attracts to come and work for Royal Cyber.

Royal Cyber gives you an avenue to learn and grow your skill set along with Hands-on experience of trending technologies. Diversity of technologies being used. Learning Curve for people from a different domain. Allows to work remotely when there is a zero impact on business. Being Business partners with Giants like IBM & Microsoft gets you to work on their newest technologies at earliest. Most of the time, more than market competitive salary. Colleagues even of different departments are ever ready for help.

Cons

Competition: it is difficult to stand out, you’ll probably find it difficult to get your ideas acknowledged. No overtime Sometimes you have to work on weekend / off-hours / Client Time Zone

Feasibility to Work from home Flexible timings ( as long as you are completing your task and client work) No Corporate Politics If you are a computer nerd , you can learn alot here and whatever technology you choose to learn either IBM , AWS or Opensource, RC helps you to pursue it.
