Pay, management always treating to write you up, being told your disposal on a weekly basis, constant move up to cover area that they won't staff, not enough units, each dispatchers makes up own move up plan, no accountability for dispatchers, getting held over on a regular basis, moral at a all time low. And when I like its at the bottom, well the next week it just gets worse.
Managers will follow you around in their private cars just to try and catch you doing something wrong, this has turned into a temporary job, people quit or walk out on a daily basis, 70% of the company has less then two years with the company.
After working here 8 years, I know make less then I did when I started. Haven't gotten a raise in forever. No hires make almost the same as people with 10+ years experience.
Please for the love of God, go work anywhere else. It's not worth the stress and aggravation.
