Pros

• Overtime is available and flexible schedule • Good Benefits • Yearly Raises when earned • Growth Opportunity • Awesome Environment and friendships • Climate controlled warehouse

Cons

• Changes are done and implemented from people outside of production without speaking to and getting feedback from the people that work the day to day. • Still no market place and needing to leave for lunch if you didn't bring anything.

A Great Place To Work

Pros

CEO: Mike has always been a nice and caring person to me. While running an entire company and making important daily decisions, he will cut out time to talk to me to be a real genuine human being. He has taken me under his wing for projects, given me life advice, and motivate me to be the best I can be. He is someone who self-started a business in his garage and turned it into the business it is today. That inspires me to work harder every day. 1.) Really awesome people on the team. Some have become my best friends. 2.) Relaxed work environment. 3.) Casual dress code. 4.) Cool lounge area. (couches, tvs, mini mart, ping pong tables) 5.) You can bring your dog into work on certain days if cleared by your manager. 6.) Flexible for taking time off. 7.) You learn something new every day. 8.) You get to work on projects where you can work with other departments. 9.) You have the ability to grow within the company. (I have worked in several departments. It always keeps things new for me and I love that) 10.) Work parties and they order pizza for everyone. Advice for new employees: Make friends in all of the departments, don't become complacent to repetitious workflow and try to learn something new every day, master what you are currently working on in the company, if you want to do something new within the company talk to management and show them how you have shown initiative.

Cons

I have worked for Rush Order Tees for almost three years. The one con I have is that I think the company should provide more training. When I first started I would go to other departments and talk things out on my own to make sure I got my job done right. This has helped me build better relationships with people and made me more knowledgable about the industry. The company has recognized my initiative and has promoted me because of this. The company now has a new training program for new employees. I have heard nothing but great things.
