      Pros

      After a change in management, this company is once again a fun and rewarding place to work. It's a great group of highly dedicated individuals who are all striving to make things better for our customers daily.

      Cons

      There will slower days during the winter for sure. The commute is a bit much some days as well.

As for the slow winter month, we are always trying new ways to promote business and keep our workflow consistent.       Best job I ever had

      Pros

      This is the best job I have ever had. Printfly is a collaborative place to work that promotes a positive culture. Everyone is happy to come to work! I have always wanted to work for a company where I can make a difference and after 10+ years in the workforce I have found it. My coworkers are smart, driven, humble and nice. I have seen the company grow significantly during my time here and I can see things changing for the better. The salary is good and the benefits are fair. The casual dress code, game room, food market and frequent company wide lunches are a plus. The holiday party was awesome this year. Culture: Being yourself is encouraged, building trustworthy and meaningful relationships with co-workers, managers are always open to hearing a new way of doing things. Management: Senior management consistently delivers what they promise and are easy to approach. They are good managers and acknowledge when good work is done. CEO works harder than anyone and is always running around the building helping with issues.

      Because of the massive amount of growth and change communication can be slow at times

      Bad Company With Great System

      Pros

      Coworkers are all mostly cool. Very young and down to earth people. At the time there was a ton for me to do, but the job was unique to the company. The company had a great growth system at the time. Had lots of fun events.

      Cons

      Family ran business all immature with no other professional experience. Upper management/CEO was a boys club. While the business they did was legit, the mgmt personality was pretty scammy. I believe they have training now, but when I started there was none, they changed roles around almost daily. I never felt respected in my position therefore my job often turned ambiguous which was constant stress. They forced me into sales when that wasn't my interest nor why I joined the company, I forced myself out of sales, then they still kept me working in sales but basically gave me other roles with no commission. It was a mess.
