Pros

This is the best job I have ever had. Printfly is a collaborative place to work that promotes a positive culture. Everyone is happy to come to work! I have always wanted to work for a company where I can make a difference and after 10+ years in the workforce I have found it. My coworkers are smart, driven, humble and nice. I have seen the company grow significantly during my time here and I can see things changing for the better. The salary is good and the benefits are fair. The casual dress code, game room, food market and frequent company wide lunches are a plus. The holiday party was awesome this year. Culture: Being yourself is encouraged, building trustworthy and meaningful relationships with co-workers, managers are always open to hearing a new way of doing things. Management: Senior management consistently delivers what they promise and are easy to approach. They are good managers and acknowledge when good work is done. CEO works harder than anyone and is always running around the building helping with issues.

Cons

Because of the massive amount of growth and change communication can be slow at times

Pros

Co-workers are chill. Casual dress code. Game room/ food market is pretty cool.

Cons

Upper management is a running this place into the ground. Managers are extremely unprofessional, quick to throw you under the bus for their mistakes and have little to no respect for their employees. No paid holidays. Required overtime with poor pay. Your hard work and dedication is not appreciated by management at all.

Pros

The people are really nice. Management is relaxed. A lot of room to be cross trained. Good company outings.

Cons

Not too much room to grow. Compensation isn't that great. Benefits (health insurance, PTO, etc.) are pretty bad. Overtime is great but will consume a lot of your time (and it's mandatory)
