Pros

Close to home so the commute is only 10 minutes.

Cons

When your there you are a slave. Owners flaunt their toys in front of you, gotten from your sweat. Pay is way too low and they show up whenever they want to. Not a good example.

- Booming Start up with a TON of growth opportunity - Family owned which creates a stronger bond between employees and ownership - Owners work just as hard as you do every day - Co workers are hard working, selfless, and enjoyable to be around every single day - Fantastic team environment with little to no office drama - Challenging but very attainable bonus structure - About to move in to a bigger and more comfortable building because of rapid growth - Competitive Salary with flexible time off - Benefits and paid time off

Cons

We are outgrowing the current space we are in, but in a matter of a few months this will no longer be a con.

Pros

Fast pace, interesting, varied customers, mentoring attitude of owners, friendly staff. Overall seems like a very good place to start a career. Pay was decent.

Cons

Some middle management can tend to micromanage. Seems to be a push to get every possible drop of productivity from you, turnover seems high, not always a clear message from owners vs middle managers. An example would be that the managers want you to follow the letter of the company pricing guidelines, while the owners will use logic and common sense to make a sale, satisfy a customer and make money.
