Pros
I work remotely from Ohio and still feel completely part of the RushOrderTees team. The people are awesome, supportive, talented, and always willing to help. Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas, and there’s a good balance between structure and creativity. The culture is positive, and it really feels like everyone’s working toward the same goals.
Cons
Things can get busy at times, especially around big projects or seasonal pushes, but that’s expected in a fast-paced company.
